Corporate. Immigration. Cozen O’Connor advises clients on immigrant and non-immigrant visas, permanent residency, work permits, intra-company transfers, hiring procedures for foreign nationals, citizenship, and immigration law compliance. We resolve immigration issues as they pertain to individuals, families, or groups of workers; assess compliance programs; and evaluate corporate transactions.
