Camille Miller Named to Huski.ai’s 2024 List of Top 50 Trademark Attorneys

Camille Miller, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Department, has been named to Huski.ai’s 2024 list of the Top 50 Trademark Attorneys.

Camille is an internationally respected intellectual property attorney and a senior leader in Cozen O’Connor, currently serving as a member of the board of directors, Management Committee, and Investment Committee.

Camille has deep experience in many aspects of intellectual property, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, cybersecurity and data breaches, right of privacy, right of publicity, domain names, counterfeiting, licensing, and intellectual property litigation. She is frequently engaged to consult and advise in each of these areas.  

Her day-to-day practice focuses on trademark and trade dress, fields in which Camille is a recognized national and international leader. She is ongoing global trademark counsel to Fortune 500 companies and manages massive client trademark portfolios, oversees IP strategy and new registrations, monitors usage 24/7, and leads enforcement efforts to shut down any improper use or infringement.

Camille has been repeatedly named “One of the World’s Leading Trademark Professionals – U.S.” by World Trademark Review and “Best Intellectual Property Attorney of the Year – USA” by The Lawyer International Legal 100, among many other recognitions. She is also a registered foreign attorney in the United Kingdom and regularly appears before Britain’s Intellectual Property Office.

When Camille first joined Cozen O’Connor in April 2002, she was the firm’s first dedicated IP attorney and was charged with building a new practice from the ground up. Thanks in no small part to Camille’s leadership, Cozen O’Connor now boasts an award-winning, full-service 50+ lawyer IP Department.

Outside of the firm, Camille is an active member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Copyright Society of the U.S.A., and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association (PIPLA). She is also deeply involved in Chief, a private membership network that connects women executive leaders; the National Association of Women Lawyers, a leading organization to advance women in the legal profession; and ChIPs, a nonprofit professional organization that advances and connects women in technology, law, and policy.

Camille has published numerous articles and serves as a source on complex IP issues for major media outlets, from the Philadelphia Business Journal and The Legal Intelligencer to USA Today and The American Lawyer. She also guest lectures at universities and law schools, including Drexel University, Rutgers Law School, University of Pennsylvania, and The Wharton School.

Camille earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry and sociology from Franklin & Marshall College in 1987 and her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1991.
