California’s leave laws are complex, have a broad reach, and are subject to frequent change. Join us for a webinar exploring the myriad leave laws in California and their interaction with federal law. We will discuss mandatory and optional leaves of absence under California and federal law, pregnancy disability leave, paid sick leave, and California’s latest requirement regarding reproductive loss leave and bereavement leave.
