Nicole represents clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including defending them against claims for wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour violations. She also provides advice on compliance with federal and state medical leave laws, employee handbooks and personnel policies, and other employment issues.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from University of California, San Diego and her law degree, cum laude, from George Washington University School of Law.
