Arielle Zhivko is an articling student with a focus on Intellectual Property. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received several academic awards, including the Christopher E. Bergin Award for Writing Excellence. Arielle’s work on the intersection of taxation and the art market was subsequently published as the cover article in the international journal Tax Notes.
During law school, Arielle worked as research assistant for the Winkler Institute for Dispute Resolution and served as a caseworker for the KPMG Tax Law Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Arielle earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees with distinction from the University of Toronto as a member of Trinity College. Following her articles, Arielle will complete a Judicial Clerkship with the Tax Court of Canada in 2025.
