Joe concentrates his practice on subrogation and recovery. With nearly a decade in practice, Joe has experience in complex civil litigation and litigation arising from construction and insurance loss claims.

As a senior associate with his prior firm, Joe successfully managed loss claims in both litigation and arbitration. Before that, he was an associate with the construction group of a Rocky Mountain regional firm, where he represented property owners, engineers, architects, design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in various negotiations, arbitrations, and litigations. He has also represented insurers in a range of first- and third-party insurance coverage matters, including claims under property and commercial general liability policies.

Joe earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences, where he focused on natural resources and environmental sciences. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
