Rohan Mohanty

Associate

Rohan represents clients in complex business disputes, class actions, data privacy litigation, and healthcare disputes. He has experience across all stages of the litigation lifecycle, from pre-litigation strategy through post-trial and appellate practice. Rohan’s practice includes serving as appellate counsel with experience briefing matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also serves as outside general counsel to a nonprofit that operates senior living communities in multiple states, advising on governance, compliance, and risk.

Rohan clerked for the Honorable Scott W. Reid, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he assisted with civil litigation matters, drafted judicial opinions, and supported the court in managing settlement proceedings.

Rohan earned his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as associate editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and editor-in-chief of theVillanova University Sports Law Society Blog. While in law school, Rohan was a summer associate with the firm in 2017 and 2018. He was also a business operations analyst for an international law firm and for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Delaware.
