Over the years, Cam has built a large network of clients and contacts in the capital markets arena that support business growth. He leverages such contacts to present opportunities for successful transactions and capital raising. His clients benefit from his significant experience in business strategy, private and public mergers and acquisitions, creative corporate restructurings, initial and secondary public offerings, private and venture financings, going private transactions, proxy contests, shareholder requisitions, director disputes, and corporate governance matters. Cam has a particular focus on advising and supporting technology and med tech clients.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Cam was a partner and co-chair of the capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice of one of Western Canada's leading law firms.
Cam earned his B.A. from the University of Victoria and his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia.
