Frances A. Kleuskens

Frances is an attorney in the Subrogation & Recovery Department.

Prior to joining the firm, Frances worked as a research assistant for a law professor at the Centre for Law, Technology, and Society at the University of Ottawa, where she researched emerging issues in private international law and consumer protection law in Canada.

Frances graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto where she completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts in political science and Near and Middle Eastern civilizations. She received her law degree from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Common Law in 2021. During law school, she worked as a research assistant to a well-known Canadian arbitrator, and represented the University of Ottawa at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2020 and 2021, where her teams received numerous awards for their oral and written advocacy. She continues to participate in her law school’s mooting program as a volunteer judge.
