Haryle is an experienced commercial litigator who has successfully represented clients in a wide range of complex disputes and investigations, including significant antitrust and class action matters.

Haryle previously was a law clerk to the Honorable Michael S. Kanne of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Gregory H. Woods of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Haryle was an associate at another Am Law 100 firm.

Haryle earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar for outstanding academic achievement, and his B.A. from George Washington University. Haryle also spent three years in the U.S. Army, serving as a paratrooper and infantry squad leader.
