Kyle is a dual-practice lawyer, focusing on both corporate and family law.
In his corporate practice, Kyle advises businesses on growth strategies, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters. He has experience assisting clients with initial and secondary prospectus offerings, reverse takeovers, private debt and equity financings, domestic and cross-border exchange listings, and corporate reorganizations.
For his family law clients, Kyle assists with a myriad of family agreements, including pre-and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, and other family related legal matters. He prioritizes a client-centered approach and always aims for amicable resolutions.
Most recently, Kyle was an associate in the capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice as well as the family law practice of one of Western Canada's leading law firms. Before entering the legal field, Kyle worked at a startup in Edmonton, where he was involved in structuring the business, developing a long-term growth strategy, and expanding into new markets. This experience and his passion for entrepreneurship fueled his desire to pursue a career in law.
Kyle earned his J.D. from the University of British Columbia and his B.Com. from the University of Alberta.
