Gosia provides strategic advice to public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, capital markets, regulatory compliance, startup matters, and corporate governance. She has experience in closing complex commercial transactions, preparing relevant documents, and managing stakeholders.
Prior to joining the firm, Gosia was an associate at an international law firm where she maintained a broad securities and M&A practice.
Gosia earned her bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and her law degree from Thompson Rivers University. She is fluent in German and Polish.
