With nearly a decade in practice, Andrew has experience representing large insurance clients, negotiating settlements, and completing jury trials as first chair. Andrew concentrates his practice on subrogation and recovery.
As an associate with his prior firm, Andrew defended insurance clients in various matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, product liability, habitability, and construction defect claims. He was also an associate with a boutique employment and antitrust litigation firm, representing plaintiffs in state and federal court, including in class action matters.
Andrew earned his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Climate and Energy Law. During law school, he served as a certified legal intern with the San Diego District Attorney's Office, working in the cold case homicides division, and as an extern for the Hon. Karen S. Crawford, Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of California.
