Rikisha is dedicated to helping clients solve their problems. She advises emerging and seasoned companies on securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. She has significant experience with SEC and exchange disclosure and reporting.

Rikisha received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in political science from Florida State University and her juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. While attending law school, she served as the managing editor of the Georgetown Journal for Poverty Law and Policy and as a student intern for the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under the Law in their Fair Housing and Community Development Project.
