Kim's practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, financings, and reorganizations. She advises boards of directors and special committees on securities and M&A issues and can provide advice on all forms of options, leases, purchases, and joint venture agreements.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Kim was an associate with one of Western Canada's leading law firms in the capital markets, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice, as well as the private equity and venture capital practice.
She holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island.
