Rachel Bevans Soloman

Rachel Bevans Soloman is a litigator in the firm’s New York office. She concentrates her practice on complex litigation related to construction and commercial disputes. Rachel counsels and represents project owners and developers, contractors, and design professionals in all stages of construction projects, including contract formation, project management, pre-suit investigation, development of potential claims, and litigation of claims. Rachel has litigated a variety of construction-related disputes in state and federal courts across the country.

Rachel also has significant experience in consumer class actions, including consumer protection, TCPA and privacy claims, and she has defended clients facing individual and collective actions. She has litigated a number of significant TCPA claims and routinely advises clients on TCPA and state-law compliance. Rachel has a track record of successfully narrowing claims and achieving early, decisive exits, and she has worked in the vanguard of mass arbitration defense.

Rachel earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was the executive development editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and an articles editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
