Max Kaplan and Rachel Soloman will be speaking on a panel at the ACC Greater Philadelphia's In-house Counsel Conference. The first wave of modern, privacy-focused state laws (e.g., BIPA, CCPA) are beginning to mature. At the same time, state legislative bodies across the country are debating revamping outdated privacy statutes or creating entirely new regimes. This presentation will look to how claims related to these and similar laws have been litigated to better understand where privacy litigation may be headed in the coming years.
