PHILADELPHIA, March 11, 2025 — Cozen O’Connor announced today new practice group leadership, office managing partners, and leaders of firm committees and initiatives.
Beginning with new office management, Dana Meyers was appointed vice chair office managing partner (OMP) in San Diego, Chris Bellini is now co-vice chair OMP in Minneapolis and Lisa Ferrari was named co-vice chair OMP in New York.
The firm also announced new practice group leaders. Camille Miller remains chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department and Blake Coblentz, who continues as a co-vice chair, will be joined by Jeff Gendzwill, who will also assist in the capacity as a co-vice chair. The firm’s Legal Professions Services group announced Kevin Kerns as its new chair. Katie Gettman was named a co-vice chair of the Corporate Practice Group. The firm’s Transportation & Trade Practice Group appointed Bob Magovern as co-chair of the group and Jonathon Foglia as a co-vice chair. Milton Marquis was appointed vice chair of the State Attorneys General Practice Group.
Stu Morris will be joining Lester Lipschutz as co-chairs of the Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice. The group also created four new leadership roles. Cathi Cozen, who previously chaired our Legal Professions Services practice, will now serve as the Private Client, Trusts and Estates Chief Operations Officer. Helene Jaron, who was co-chair of this practice, is now CEO of HomeBase, an ancillary business of the firm, and co-chair of the Family Office practice. Howard Krooks was appointed chair of the Elder Law practice and Ellen Morris is chair of the Fiduciary Litigation practice.
The Subrogation & Recovery Department appointed Larry Walker vice chair in the Atlantic Region, Joe Rich as a vice chair in the Southeast Region, Suzanne Radcliff as vice chair in the South-Central Region, and Bryan Campbell as vice chair in the Northwest Region.
Simeon Brier was appointed chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Joining the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee are Stephanie Chesney, Kathy Tang, Tiffany Bustamante, Miguel Pozo, Orla Thompson, and Duane Montgomery.
Jess Alexander, who previously served as director of strategic expansion, was promoted to Chief Strategic Recruiting and Integration Officer.
