Vince McGuinness and Pamela Dorian were quoted in The Legal Intelligencer discussing the 10-year anniversary of Cozen O'Connor's secondment program at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. This is a very competitive program in which three to five lawyers apply each year, while only one gets the secondment. “These lawyers get first-hand case-handling experiences that they could never get as a young lawyer working on a big case” for a firm client, Vince stated. “The biggest boost is that confidence you get from walking into the courtroom every day and representing the commonwealth," explained Pamela who is currently wrapping up her secondment experience at the DA's office.
