Pamela Dorian focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, appellate, construction, product liability, consumer fraud, government contracts, and business torts. Pamela has experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide-range of industries and subject areas including construction, insurance, gaming and entertainment, and cannabis, both at the state and federal levels.

In 2018, Pamela was selected to serve as an Assistant District Attorney through Cozen O’Connor’s secondment program with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Over the course of one year, she acted as lead counsel on hundreds of misdemeanor trials and felony preliminary hearings in Philadelphia Municipal Court. She tried numerous bench trials to verdict and handled dozens of evidentiary hearings. Pamela regularly prosecuted drug trafficking offenses, DUIs, assaults, burglaries, robberies, and firearm offenses.

As an associate, Pamela was appointed to serve as a co-chair of the firm’s Associates Committee. She is actively involved in law student and lateral recruiting, as well as the mentoring of summer associates and junior associates. Prior to joining the firm, Pamela participated in the firm's Summer Associate Program.

Pamela received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was awarded with a Dean's Merit Scholarship and the H. Kruger Kaprielian Scholarship. While at UVa, Pamela served on the Journal of Law & Politics, advised undergraduates interested in law school, and represented local residents in the Criminal Defense Clinic. In addition, Pamela participated in the annual charity softball invitational, which hosted teams from law schools across the country. She also spent a summer as a judicial intern on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. 

Prior to law school, Pamela graduated from Pennsylvania State University, magna cum laude, with bachelor's degrees in philosophy, political science, and communication arts and sciences, as well as minors in international studies and classics. She was a member of the Schreyer Honors College and Paterno Fellows Program.
