Philadelphia, February 8, 2018 – Cozen O’Connor attorneys Jeremy Glenn (Labor & Employment Practice, Chicago) and Anna McDonough (Corporate Practice, Philadelphia) have been named 2018 Client Choice winners by Lexology and the International Law Office (ILO). Glenn was named in the Illinois Employment and Benefits Law category and McDonough was recognized in the Pennsylvania Mergers and Acquisitions category.
Established in 2005, the Client Choice Awards recognize attorneys for their outstanding client service.
The Client Choice survey is designed and conducted by the ILO and Lexology to poll only senior-level corporate counsel, with this year’s winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,500 individual client assessments. Winners will be recognized in Lexology’s annual Client Choice publication and were honored at the organization’s 2018 winner’s celebratory dinner.
Jeremy Glenn represents management in all facets of labor and employment litigation and counseling matters. He represents employers in civil court litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings against claims involving wage and hour, employment discrimination, family and medical leave, union-management relations, and employment-related torts. Jeremy has extensive experience representing companies in FLSA collective actions, multi-plaintiff actions and Department of Labor investigations. He also provides strategic consulting to companies regarding complex wage and hour law compliance and NLRA compliance matters. Glenn is the Management co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Federal Labor Standards Legislation committee and regularly speaks on employment law topics to a national audience
Anna McDonough focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, other complex transactions, and corporate counseling. She advises business owners and executives on transactions related to business development and new markets, including financing via lenders and venture capital firms. McDonough handles ownership issues, including shareholder agreements, buyouts, and equity offerings to executives, acts as general counsel to small to mid-size corporations, and as a trusted advisor to general counsel of larger corporations on operational issues and risk management through effective legal and business strategies. In international matters, she represents Chinese and Taiwanese-based original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in operational matters, including supply and distribution agreements. She also assists domestic clients with international expansion efforts, particularly in Central America and the Caribbean.
