Cozen O’Connor Expands International Practice with Additions to New York Office

NEW YORK, September 3, 2013 – Cozen O'Connor expanded its International practice with the addition of Martin Gusy and Matthew Weldon to the firm’s New York office. Both Martin and Matthew join the firm from Gusy Van Der Zandt and focus their practice in International arbitration. Martin, who joined the firm as a member, has represented domestic and international parties in about 100 U.S. court and international arbitrations. His arbitration experience includes legal work in more than 50 international arbitrations as counsel and 14 cases as an arbitrator. Matthew joined as counsel to the firm and is an experienced litigator, taking an extensive role in international arbitrations representing clients before U.S. courts and arbitral tribunals constituted under FINRA, AAA/ICDR and UNCITRAL rules.
