Aleisha focuses on collaborative and efficient dispute resolution in her family law practice. She has experience assisting clients in cohabitation and marriage agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation and divorce, spousal support and entitlements, property division, child support, parenting arrangements, and relocation matters.
Most recently, Aleisha was an associate in the family law practice of one of Western Canada's leading law firms. She earned her Bachelor of Laws, with honors, from the University of Leeds and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University. Aleisha's background in psychology allows her to effectively address the emotional aspects of family law cases while providing practical legal advice. After law school, she served as a LiveHelp Project Volunteer with Legal Aid B.C., where she helped answer community members’ legal questions through an online chat service. She is also a French speaker.
