Perry is a technical specialist with more than 30 years of experience in diversified technologies, including software/hardware design and development, firmware, and mechanical/electrical device engineering.

Perry aids his clients by diving deeply into the technology of invention disclosures to assist in patent prosecution in the areas of technical research, intellectual property evaluation, drafting U.S. and Foreign/PCT patent applications, and responding to office actions. He also assists in research and evaluation matters related to patent infringement litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Perry was a patent agent with an Am Law 200 firm. Earlier in his career, he was a software engineer, systems designer, and IT consultant. He earned his undergraduate degree in computer science, with honors, from Hatfield Polytechnic (University of Hertfordshire).
