Josh Whiteside is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice on large property loss subrogation claims involving fires and explosions, water damage claims, construction defects, structural failures, product liability failures, and commercial litigation across the United States. Josh has successfully tried cases to verdict related to multiple areas of his practice areas. Josh has significant experience in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked as house counsel for a prominent insurance company. Josh has also practiced with subrogation and defense insurance litigation firms in Chicago, litigating property damage, commercial litigation, products liability defense, and personal injury defense matters throughout the litigation process.
Josh earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and attained his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
