Christina White

Counsel

Christina is an experienced insurance coverage lawyer, representing global and domestic insurance carriers in complex multi-million dollar coverage disputes in state and federal courts, including appellate courts. She has extensive experience in first-party property and business interruption disputes arising from catastrophic events. Christina also provides coverage advice, drafting coverage opinions and correspondence, and litigating policyholder lawsuits, declaratory judgment suits, and liability cases against insureds.

Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Christina practiced with leading law firms in Atlanta, where she represented insurance carriers in complex first-party property and business interruption coverage disputes arising out of catastrophic events, provided coverage advice in non-adversarial contexts, and served as associate underwriting counsel for an international business insurer.

Christina earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law, where she was an editor of the Journal of Southern Legal History. During law school, Christina interned with the Georgia Attorney General's Office in the Commercial Transactions and Litigation Division.
