Zachary is a knowledgeable and resourceful associate in Cozen O'Connor's litigation department. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Zachary participated in Cozen O'Connor's summer associate program in 2022. As a summer associate, Zachary gained experience in commercial and business litigation, real estate, trusts and estates, subrogation, and corporate law, and assisted in the firm's amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of the National Council of American Indians in the landmark voting rights case, Merrill v. Milligan.

Zachary earned his J.D., cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he participated in the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society and was a finalist in the Liza Suckle Memorial Moot Court Competition. He earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, where he was the president of the undergraduate Moot Court team and finalist in the Windy City Regional Undergraduate Moot Court Competition.
