Danielle focuses her practice on developing tailored strategies for wealth preservation, asset protection, and tax optimization for her clients.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Danielle was an associate in the estate planning and trust practice and tax benefits team of another Am Law 100 firm in Boca Raton, Florida. There, she concentrated on comprehensive estate planning and assisted with mergers and acquisitions.
Danielle holds a J.D. and LL.M. in taxation, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, earning several CALI and director's awards in tax, estate planning, and trust law. She holds a B.S. in finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
