Cozen O’Connor represented Superstudio, a Milan-based events and production group, in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest in Spring Studios New York, the owner and operator of the renowned Tribeca event venue and related event production business.

Elina focuses her practice on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, financing, and condominium and co-op matters. She also has experience with the acquisition and disposition of properties.

Elina earned her legal degree from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College. She is fluent in Russian.
