Joan Taylor

Associate

Joan concentrates her practice on business litigation. Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Joan served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. There, she gained experience drafting opinions, case summaries, and bench memoranda. During law school, Joan worked as a law clerk with a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia.

Joan earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., also magna cum laude, from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review. Before attending law school, Joan worked as a media relations and communications professional with a leading Philadelphia law firm.
