Rebecca Song

Attorney

Rebecca concentrates her practice on complex insurance litigation. She has experience reviewing policy forms and endorsements to determine scope of coverage, identifying areas of potential exposure, creating policy matrices, researching relevant statutes, regulations, and common law, and drafting briefs, client memos, and opinion letters.

Previously, Rebecca was a junior associate with a global law firm headquartered in London. There, she focused on all aspects of insurance coverage litigation involving various disputes involving health care, environmental, maritime transport, and natural disasters. Following law school, Rebecca also worked as a law clerk with a regional law firm, where she assisted in defending parties in complex litigation claims derived from labor laws, construction defect liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product liability.

Rebecca graduated with a J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She also holds a dual B.A. in political science and sociology from Fordham University. She is a native Korean speaker.
