Michael works with clients in corporate securities transactions, such as initial public offerings, listing on the TSXV, private placements, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Working closely with issuers, underwriters, and other corporate clients, Michael delivers practical, effective advice to help businesses move their transactions forward.
Michael earned his law degree from the University of Windsor and his undergraduate degree from Western University. Michael is also fluent in Russian.
