Molly handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including those involving breach of contract, defamation, personal injury, and property damage claims, in federal and state court. Her clients include businesses in the automotive, health care, robotics, and artificial intelligence industries. 

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Molly has represented individuals and companies in internal and government investigations. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including helping incarcerated individuals obtain compassionate release and representing individuals in personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph M. Getty, Chief Judge of the Supreme Court of Maryland (formerly the Court of Appeals of Maryland). She earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, she served as a legal writing fellow with the University of Baltimore School of Law Legal Writing Center and an editor of law review. Molly earned her undergraduate degree in legal studies from Stevenson University, where she regularly returns as a guest lecturer in substantive legal studies courses.
