Brian is a patent agent assisting in patent prosecution, litigation, patentability determinations, and infringement analyses in cases involving a wide range of technologies. He concentrates on matters related to physics, optics, and photonics, with an emphasis on imaging, image sensors, image processing, nanophotonics, optical networking, signal processing, and video encoding.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a patent agent with an Am Law 200 firm. He earned his undergraduate degree in physics, with honors, from Swarthmore College and his graduate degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
