Amanda focuses her practice on insurance coverage, complex civil litigation, and civil defense matters. She represents insurers and corporate clients in a wide range of disputes involving insurance coverage issues, property damage claims, bad faith allegations, personal injury claims, construction-related losses, and other high-exposure litigation matters.
Amanda has experience handling all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, including case assessment, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies that effectively manage risk while advancing their business objectives.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Amanda represented professionals, businesses, and insurers in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. Her experience across multiple industries and practice areas equips her with a practical, strategic approach to evaluating claims, developing litigation strategy, and positioning matters for efficient resolution.
Amanda earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas A&M International University.
Outside of her practice, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, playing chess, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and destinations.
