Matthew Sacchetta

Associate

Matthew concentrates his practice on real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew participated in the Cozen O'Connor Summer Associate Program, where he researched and drafted memoranda on a number of topics, including corporate law, subrogation, and trusts and estates.

Matthew earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University. While in law school, Matthew served as an editor for the Drexel Law Review. During his 1L summer, Matthew was a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he drafted opinions and memoranda on civil disputes. Upon graduation, Matthew was awarded the Dean’s Award for Exceptional Achievement in Law School, given to the student with the second highest grade point average in the graduating class.

This regulation will require most business entities created in or registered to do business in the U.S. to report personal identifiable information about their beneficial owners to FinCEN.
