After practicing law for eight years, Lori Rosenberg came to the firm as the director of legal recruiting and has worked here in a recruiting capacity since 1997. In her role as the director of legal recruiting, Lori ran the summer program, managed fall recruiting, handled all associate and junior member level hiring, as well as paralegal hiring, the firm’s recruiting website and new associate orientation. For many years now, Lori has been the chair of partner recruitment and integration, where she works with the chair of national expansion on all lateral partner recruitment and integration issues.
Lori received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 1986, and is a 1989 graduate of Villanova Law School where she was an editor of the law review. After law school, Lori completed a one-year federal clerkship in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and then worked as a litigation associate at a large Philadelphia law firm for three years. Lori then worked in the legal department of a major insurance company for three years before joining Cozen O’Connor.
