Kevin focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has represented clients in complex commercial and intellectual property matters in Delaware state and federal courts, including contractual disputes, business torts, patent litigation, and real property disputes.
He has experience handling matters through multiple stages of litigation, including developing case strategy, conducting discovery and legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and participating in settlement negotiations. Kevin also represented clients in board of assessment appeals and complex real property disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Additionally, Kevin has advised clients on a range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties. His transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, access agreements, and licenses.
Kevin earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, where he was a member of the Latinx Law Students Association. During law school, Kevin was part of Penn State Law’s Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, providing free legal services to startup and early-stage entrepreneurs throughout Pennsylvania. Kevin received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Florida Gulf Coast University.
