Kyle concentrates his practice on subrogation claims arising out of large property losses, including catastrophic fires, floods, and building collapses. He brings 10 years of experience investigating and litigating subrogation matters, including the handling of first chair jury trials to verdict.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Kyle was counsel with a boutique subrogation firm in Philadelphia. Previously, he held associate positions at other Philadelphia-based firms where he gained experience handling personal injury matters and workers' compensation subrogation cases, including premises liability, motor vehicles, products liability, and malpractice claims.
Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from Temple University Fox School of Business. He earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program – Civil Division.
