Hayley is a results-oriented litigator and negotiator with experience resolving a wide range of matters including, but limited to, premises and products liability, security claims and automobile accidents.
Hayley began her legal career practicing criminal defense representing clients who were accused of anything from petty theft to ultimately sitting as second-chair in murder jury trials. She also first-chaired cases involving kidnap, sexual assault and other serious charges. She began to take on civil litigation and now focuses on civil matters including personal injury and complex tort litigation.
Hayley earned her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where she earned a certificate in international law. She also spent two semesters abroad studying in Germany.
