Kyle concentrates his practice on subrogation. Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Kyle was an associate in the Commercial Litigation department of another Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, shareholder actions, RICO, and various contract-based claims.
Kyle earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Before transferring from Rutgers University Law School, he was a staff editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. During law school, Kyle clerked with Cozen O'Connor's subrogation department.
