Anna Pedraza

Associate

Anna concentrates her practice on intellectual property, providing counsel to corporate and individual clients. She finds solutions for her clients' various trademark and copyright needs, including trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, litigation, internet domain, data privacy, and social media infringement issues. She also prepares pleadings, responses, pre-trial motions, mediation memorandums, and settlement memorandums. Anna drafts discovery requests and discovery responses and reviews and analyzes document productions.

 

Anna advises franchisors on franchise law issues, including compliance with federal and state franchise and business opportunity laws. Anna's practice includes preparing and drafting franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, area development agreements, and ancillary agreements, as well as counseling on compliance with disclosure and other regulatory requirements.

 

Anna places great value and importance on being an active member of her community and maintains an active pro bono practice. She is a member of the Harmonization of Trademark Law and Practice Committee of the International Trademark Association, serving on the Free Trade Agreement Subcommittee. Anna is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania, the Copyright Society of the United States, the International Trademark Association, and the Intellectual Property Owner’s Association.

 

Anna earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from The University of Southern California and her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
