Stacey handles a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, including representing clients with regulatory requirements before the Federal Maritime Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Coast Guard, and other government agencies. She also acts as the administrator of a U.S. based intermodal industry trade association, which represents major ocean carriers on equipment-related operational, safety, and regulatory activities such as participation in industry forums, educational sessions, regulatory proceedings and legislative matters.
