Kimberly concentrates her practice on civil litigation matters. She has experience arguing, preparing, and filing briefs and motions before state and federal courts, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, researching case law, and developing case strategies.
Most recently, Kimberly was an attorney with an AmLaw 200 firm in Nevada, where she defended clients against complex torts and general casualty claims at the state and federal levels. Kimberly began her legal career representing clients in criminal matters, including hearings, trials, sentencing proceedings, and plea agreements. She later gained experience in personal injury matters, serving as the lead attorney in cases involving motor vehicle negligence, premise liability, medical malpractice, and sexual assault. In this role, she prepared and argued motions, prepared cases for trial, took and defended depositions, and participated in alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
Kimberly earned her B.S. from Calumet College of St. Joseph and her J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School.
