Tyler focuses his practice on first-party and third-party liability coverage matters. He has experience drafting motions, briefs, legal research memoranda, and analysis reports to insurance carriers. He has also represented insurance carriers and their insureds at discovery hearings, arbitration hearings, and other court mandated hearings and conferences.
Prior to joining the firm, Tyler was an insurance associate at the Philadelphia office of a northeast-based law firm.
Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University and his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He was the managing editor of Tolle Lege the online publication of the Villanova Law Review and a Deans Merit Scholar. While in law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Arnold L. New, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia and the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.
