Adam concentrates his practice on representing purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, real estate equity and opportunity funds, investment trusts, investors, and developers of office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, storage facilities, and mixed-use retail facilities. He has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan and securities agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, entity formation documents, ancillary loan documents, promissory notes, guaranties, assignments of leases and rents, environmental indemnity agreements, cash management agreements, deposit account control agreements, financing statements, and opinion letters. He also assists his clients in coordinating property due diligence, including title review, plats and surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, reciprocal easement agreements and declarations, and entity organizational documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a commercial real estate associate with one of New York City's largest real estate focused law firms and an associate with an Am Law 200 firm based in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Adam's pro bono efforts have focused on representing nonprofit organizations in New York City in the negotiation of the leasing, financing, and purchasing of community space and low-income housing.
Adam earned his legal degree from Rutgers School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The College of New Jersey. He is fluent in Arabic.
