Sam applies his knowledge and experience to guide clients through a variety of complex litigation and employment disputes, while remaining focused on achieving resolutions that reflect client goals. Sam represents business entities, individuals, and nonprofit organizations in contract disputes, intellectual property cases, real estate matters, and other business concerns. Sam also works with employers as they navigate whistleblower complaints, harassment or discrimination allegations, and wage and hour investigations by the Department of Labor.

Sam has experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation demands through initial pleadings, discovery, negotiated resolution, motion practice, trial, and appellate work. In addition, Sam has helped clients successfully navigate through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.

Sam earned his bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
