William Mercier

Associate

Will is a well-rounded associate in Cozen O'Connor's litigation department. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, he participated in Cozen O'Connor's summer associate program in 2022. As a summer associate, Will gained experience conducting legal research and drafting memoranda and motions on topics including products liability, spoliation, contractual duties of good faith and fair dealing, and defamation. He also served as a certified legal intern for the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and as a litigation intern for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression researching First Amendment issues.

Will earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he was the managing editor of production the Villanova Law Review and a member of the National Trial Team. He earned his B.A. in political science from Boston College.
