Madison H. McNulty

Madison assists clients through all stages of their intellectual property matters. Madison advises her clients on their various trademark and copyright needs, including trademark clearance, enforcement, prosecution, and internet domain issues. She drafts licensing agreements, IP assignment agreements, and other IP contracts. Madison also practices in the area of intellectual property litigation, in matters involving trademark infringement, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. She drafts a wide variety of legal memorandum, motions, pleadings, and written discovery in such cases. Madison also handles research and document review.

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University and her law degree, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review and a judicial intern for the Hon. Noel L. Hillman, U.S. District Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
