Arianna is a trial-tested commercial litigator who represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes requiring both sophisticated legal analysis and effective courtroom advocacy. Her practice includes breach of contract, business torts, corporate governance, products liability, and professional negligence matters. She also has particular depth in trade secret litigation, having prosecuted and defended claims under the Defend Trade Secrets Act, various iterations of the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and state common law.
Arianna represents a diverse client base—from Fortune 500 companies and Am Law 100 law firms to emerging businesses, nonprofits, and individuals—across industries including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and consumer products. She is frequently entrusted with matters of heightened sensitivity and consequence, including bet-the-company litigation and disputes requiring immediate, strategic action. She has secured plaintiff-side jury verdicts, early dismissals for defendants, and favorable settlements across a range of matters.
Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship. She graduated third in her class and received commencement honors for excellence in legal writing, earning the highest grade in Business Organizations, and for her contributions to the Civil Justice Clinic. Arianna served as Managing Editor of Production for the Villanova Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal writing and property courses. She also served as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company, a judicial extern to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a summer associate at Cozen O’Connor.
Arianna is active in the legal community and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Wellness and Quality of Life Committee. She previously chaired Cozen’s Associates’ Committee and served on the firm’s Hiring Committee.
