Arianna McLaughlin

Associate

Arianna is a trial-tested litigator that represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, corporate governance, securities fraud, professional negligence, and products liability.  

Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship, where she graduated third in her class and Order of the Coif. She received commencement awards for excellence in legal writing, receiving the highest grade in the Business Organizations course, and for her contributions to the Civil Justice Clinic. During law school, Arianna served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Property courses and as the managing editor of production for the Villanova Law Review, which published a case brief she authored in Volume 62. She also worked as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company, a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a summer associate at Cozen O'Connor.

She is currently a member of the firm's Hiring Committee, and she previously served as chair of the Associates' Committee.
